Areas of work in architecture and interior design include: architectural and statutory planning, feasibility studies and building rights checks, building permits and liaison with authorities, execution planning and senior supervision, interior design from concept through execution, second opinions, and professional documentation of construction processes.

His work includes architectural planning and interior design for private houses, apartments, offices, and public spaces. His diverse portfolio includes a public swimming pool at a municipal community center, the Marina Ashkelon holiday apartment hotel, offices for Oracle, Malam, John Bryce, and YES, numerous public areas in residential buildings, the design of public spaces and executive offices for the Ministry of Health in Jerusalem, and approximately 4,000 sq.m. of representative public spaces at Barzilai Medical Center, among many other projects. Some of these projects were developed in collaboration with other architectural firms over the past three decades; under Amir’s leadership, they reflect his original design approach, which continues today in his independent work within Best V-U.

Alongside architecture, Amir carries out aerial photography as a licensed drone pilot, including in complex urban environments. His license, special authorization for flights over infrastructure and populated areas, and valid third-party insurance allow him to carry out commercial aerial photography work legally and with full insurance coverage, in accordance with the restrictions and regulations applicable to each flight zone.

In the field of photography and visual projects, we offer aerial photography for a wide range of purposes, professional documentation and promotional photography for real estate and construction, visual data collection during construction works and at real estate sites, as well as inspection and documentation of building conformity and deviations for property sellers and buyers, with full discretion.

We also specialize in remote sensing, orthophoto production, and photogrammetry of sites for measurement and documentation purposes, producing 3D models of surveyed areas, orthophotos, and topographic data in a wide range of formats.

Architectural projects are supported by high-quality realistic 3D visualizations, including video — sometimes incorporating AI-based editing tools — as well as combinations of 3D photogrammetry with animated 3D elements. In addition, Amir independently develops digital tools and interactive applications with the help of artificial intelligence, intended, among other uses, for real estate marketing and the construction industry.
